8th Annual Ride - Sunday, June 7, 2009

The Topless Tour will start at:

OJ's Tap in Yorkville Sunday, June 7th - Starting at 210 S. Bridge St. 10:00am sign in, last bike out @ 11:30 This gets us riding out in "open country" right away. Expect a great country ride with over 100 miles stoplight-free, and an end party to relax with food, refreshments, music, raffles and fun. This ride is for everyone!

A.B.A.T.E. looks out for the interests of all motorcyclists. It doesn't matter what you ride, as long as you ride. If you haven't joined ABATE, talk to a few members at this ride & find out what's happening with motorcycle laws in Illinois (& other states). You may be surprized.

RUN UPDATES AND INFO:

6/5/09: Online ticket sales are over. According to the weather predictions, there's a 60% chance it won't rain! If you're worried about it, you could ride the route in your car. We will ride rain or shine! - See you at the run!

5/31/09: Did a test ride of the route - it was a very enjoyable ride! We have T-shirts and Hats - Order or reserve yours NOW. Final pre-run meeting for all volunteers is this Friday at Linda and RO's. GET YOUR TICKET ONLINE to avoid waiting in line on Sunday - get on the PayPal VIP list!

5/25/09: Finalizing the route - Tshirts should be ready later this week, and there may be some hats, too! Watch this week, if spike has time to update the details. You can still contact Linda to get involved! (info below)

4/20/09: Planning the route. Confirmed O.J.'s Tap as our starting point again this year. "Over 100 miles without a stoplight!"
